// Official scoring scales, effective 1 June 2025

Army AFT Calculator

All five events scored against the Army's published tables, not a lookalike chart. Pick your track: the combat standard scores everyone on the sex-neutral scale and requires 350 with at least 60 per event; the general standard is sex- and age-normed and requires 300.

Where these numbers come from

  • The tables: "AFT Scoring Tables (Effective June 1, 2025)", approved 15 May 2025, published on the Army Fitness Test site (army.mil/aft). Parsed directly from the official PDF and machine-verified for completeness and monotonicity; spot-checked against the printed pages.
  • Combat standard: "one sex-neutral, age-normed standard that requires a total score of 350, with a minimum of 60 points per event" (army.mil/aft). The sex-neutral scale is the male column of the tables; the combat MOS list is AD 2026-07 enclosure 2.
  • General standard: "sex- and age-normed scoring that requires a total score of 300" (army.mil/aft). The 60-point event floor applies here too, by directive: "Soldiers serving in all AOCs/MOSs not listed in paragraph 4b(1) of this directive must attain a score of at least 60 points per event" (AD 2025-06).
  • Alternate aerobic events (2.5-mile walk, 12 km bike, 1 km swim, 5 km row) are Go/No-Go per the same official tables: meet your bracket's time standard and the event scores exactly 60 points, never more.

Your unit's scorecard is the one that counts. If the Army revises the tables, this page gets rebuilt from the new publication the same week.
