The agreement between us.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding contract between you and FISTWORLD Authentix Incorporated, a North Carolina S-corporation doing business as BulletForge ("BulletForge," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the BulletForge website at bulletforge.co, the BulletForge web application, the BulletForge mobile applications, or any other product or service we offer (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- You are not barred from using the Service under the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction.
- You are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@bulletforge.co if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may use the Service only for your own personal use. Sharing your account with others, including with members of your unit or rating chain, is prohibited. Each user must have their own account.
4. The service
BulletForge provides software tools to help you draft U.S. Army NCO Evaluation Report (NCOER) bullets, Officer Evaluation Report (OER) narratives, DA Form 4856 counselings, awards, journal entries, and related military performance documentation. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested content based on input you provide.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
5. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Tiers
BulletForge offers tiered access:
- Free: limited use of bullets, counselings, and Academy lessons at no charge.
- Single Eval: a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited bullets and an unlimited journal for 45 days, plus PDF export. PDF export currently covers the NCOER forms DA 2166-9-1 (SGT) and DA 2166-9-2 (SSG through 1SG/MSG). OER (DA 67-10 series) and DA 2166-9-3 (SGM/CSM) export are not yet available.
- Pro: a recurring monthly or annual subscription with unlimited bullets, counseling tools, an unlimited journal, and export features. PDF export scope is the same as described above for Single Eval.
Current pricing is shown on bulletforge.co. Prices may change with notice.
Auto-renewal (Pro subscriptions)
Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until you cancel. You authorize Stripe, our payment processor, to charge your saved payment method for each renewal. You will receive a receipt by email after each renewal charge. Annual subscriptions will be charged annually on the anniversary of the subscription start date.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@bulletforge.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to Pro features through the end of that period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods.
Refund policy
Single Eval ($25 one-time purchase): Refundable within 14 days of purchase if you have not generated any bullets. Once any bullet is generated, the sale is final.
Pro subscriptions: Cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. We do not refund prior renewal periods, including the period during which you cancel.
Disputed charges: Email hello@bulletforge.co before initiating a chargeback. We respond within 2 business days and work in good faith to resolve billing disputes.
Taxes
You are responsible for any sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes applicable to your purchases that we are not required by law to collect.
6. Acceptable use
By using the Service, you agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any U.S. federal, state, military, or local law or regulation.
- Use the Service in violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), Army Regulation 600-20, Army Regulation 25-2, or any standing General Order applicable to you.
- Submit content that infringes on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
- Submit personal information about another service member or person without their authorization.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, or extract the source code or training data of the Service or the underlying AI models.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, our systems, or other users' accounts.

7. OPSEC and classified information
DO NOT INPUT CLASSIFIED, CONTROLLED UNCLASSIFIED INFORMATION (CUI), OR OPERATIONAL SECURITY (OPSEC)-SENSITIVE INFORMATION INTO BULLETFORGE.
BulletForge runs on commercial cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare, Supabase, Anthropic) that is not authorized for processing classified or CUI material. Inputting such material may violate AR 380-5 (Department of the Army Information Security Program), DoDM 5200.01, AR 25-2 (Information Assurance), and your unit's standing orders.
By using the Service, you certify that:
- You have OPSEC authority over all information you input.
- The information you input is unclassified and not designated as CUI.
- You will redact or generalize sensitive specifics (unit identifiers, locations, mission details, dates, quantities) before inputting them into the Service.
- Your use of the Service complies with your command's social media, AI use, and information sharing policies.
You are solely responsible for any OPSEC violation, classified spillage, or CUI exposure arising from your use of the Service. We disclaim all liability for such violations to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. AI-generated content
BulletForge produces content using large language models. AI-generated output is a starting point, not a final product. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated content before submitting it up your rating chain, presenting it to a board, or relying on it for any official purpose.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or content that does not conform to AR 623-3, DA PAM 623-3, FM 6-22, or any other regulation, even when the Service cites those regulations.
- You are responsible for verifying that every bullet, narrative, counseling, or other document you submit accurately reflects the rated soldier's performance and complies with applicable regulation and policy.
- BulletForge does not guarantee any specific outcome from using the Service, including but not limited to promotion, retention, school selection, award approval, board selection, or favorable evaluation ratings.
- The Service does not provide legal, military career, regulatory, or human resources advice. Use of the Service does not establish any kind of professional advisory relationship between you and BulletForge.
9. Military non-endorsement
BulletForge is an independent commercial product of FISTWORLD Authentix Incorporated. BulletForge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by:
- The United States Army
- The Department of the Army
- The Department of Defense
- Any branch, command, agency, or component of the U.S. Armed Forces
- Any other unit or organization of the U.S. Government
Citations to Army regulations (AR 623-3, DA PAM 623-3, FM 6-22, ATP 6-22.1, and others) are made under fair use of public-domain U.S. government works. Use of the words "Army," "NCO," "NCOER," "OER," "soldier," and similar terms is descriptive and nominative; no claim of trademark, endorsement, or official status is made or intended.
Use of BulletForge by an individual service member does not constitute U.S. Army or DoD endorsement of the Service.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, user interface, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks (other than U.S. Government works and the descriptive military terms noted above), is owned by FISTWORLD Authentix Incorporated and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
"BulletForge" and the BulletForge logomark are trademarks of FISTWORLD Authentix Incorporated.
11. Your content
You retain all ownership of the content you submit to the Service (your "User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display the User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not use User Content to train AI models, ours or third parties'. We do not sell or share User Content with advertisers.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit the User Content and that the User Content does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third party's rights.
12. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (including Anthropic for AI generation, Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for data storage, Cloudflare for hosting and DNS, Resend for email delivery, and Expo for mobile app delivery). Your use of those providers' services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BULLETFORGE AND FISTWORLD AUTHENTIX INCORPORATED DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT (A) AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR COMPLIANT WITH ANY REGULATION OR POLICY; (B) THE SERVICE WILL PRODUCE A SPECIFIC OUTCOME (INCLUDING PROMOTION, RETENTION, AWARD, OR FAVORABLE EVALUATION); OR (C) USE OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT RESULT IN ADVERSE PERSONNEL, REGULATORY, OR COMMAND ACTION AGAINST YOU. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL BULLETFORGE, FISTWORLD AUTHENTIX INCORPORATED, OR THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BulletForge, FISTWORLD Authentix Incorporated, and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of, or misuse of, the Service;
- Your User Content;
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation, including AR 623-3, the UCMJ, AR 380-5, AR 25-2, or any OPSEC policy;
- Your infringement of the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
- Adverse personnel, regulatory, or command action against you arising from the content you submitted up your rating chain.
16. Term and termination
These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by emailing hello@bulletforge.co.
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service, with or without notice, if we believe in good faith that you have violated these Terms, posed a security or legal risk to us or other users, or engaged in conduct that may expose us to liability. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution, and general provisions) will survive.
17. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
18. Dispute resolution and arbitration
Informal resolution first
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to email hello@bulletforge.co with a description of the dispute and what resolution you seek. We will work in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 60 days.
Binding arbitration
Any dispute not resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in the State of North Carolina, by a single arbitrator. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class action waiver
YOU AND BULLETFORGE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS PROCEEDING.
Small claims carve-out
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in the county where you reside, as long as the claim remains in small claims court.
Federal forum for Servicemembers Civil Relief Act and similar claims
Nothing in this section limits any right you have under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) or similar federal law.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
20. General provisions
Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and BulletForge regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of war, natural disasters, government action, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
Notices. We may give notices through the Service, by email to the address on file, or by posting on bulletforge.co. You may give notice by emailing hello@bulletforge.co.
