24 combat MOSs just got a second fitness test. Know it before your unit briefs it.

AD 2026-07 established the Combat Field Test: seven events back-to-back on one clock, in ACUs and boots, pass/fail, and the same standard for every Soldier regardless of age or sex. The diagnostic year is already running. This is the whole thing on one printable page.

  • All 7 events, in order. From the 1-mile opener to the second mile, with weights, distances, and the termination rule.
  • The 30-minute standard. And where it actually comes from, because it is not where most posts claim.
  • The 24-MOS list. Including the three specialties that are new to combat designation entirely.
  • The consequences timeline. Diagnostic year, retest windows, and the two-failure separation triggers, each with its AR cite.
  • The evals requirement. CFT pass/fail is going on evaluations, and AFT points are going on everyone's. Dates included.

You'll get the sheet by email, plus the updated version the day the Army publishes the G-3/5/7 implementing guidance. Reply "unsubscribe" any time and you're out, no hard feelings.

The CFT cheat sheet: all 7 events in order, the 30-minute standard, the 24-MOS list, frequency rules, the consequences timeline, and the evaluations requirement.

One page. Every claim cited to the directive or the announcement.

Why this sheet and not a screenshot from TikTok?

Because the takes are already getting it wrong. Start with the 30-minute standard: it is not in the directive. AD 2026-07 assigns the time standard to G-3/5/7; the 30 minutes comes from the Army's announcement. This sheet says so, cites both, and does the same for every other claim on the page: the termination rule, the retest windows, the two-failure separation triggers, the evaluations requirement. Paragraph numbers throughout, so you can check it against the source in thirty seconds.

And the part nobody can post yet: the implementing guidance with grader instructions and rep standards hasn't published. When it does, everyone on this list gets the updated sheet the same week. Accurate now, updated when it changes.
